By purchasing a ticket for the "Avārijas Brigāde" (ABpark) amusement park, the visitor confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with ABpark's rules and regulations.
Parents (guardians) are responsible for introducing their child to the rules, ensuring adherence to them, and supervising the child’s behavior within the ABpark territory, particularly during the use of attractions, and ensuring they are within sight of the child.
We kindly ask that you responsibly assess your and your child’s ability before participating in any attraction. In case of feeling unwell or encountering unforeseen circumstances, please contact the park staff.
1. GENERAL RULES
1.1. These rules ensure the efficient functioning and maintenance of order within the ABpark premises;
1.2. Visitors are obligated to comply with ABpark's operational and attraction usage regulations;
1.3. Visitors must treat ABpark staff and other visitors with respect, as well as handle ABpark property with care;
1.4. Visitors must follow the instructions of ABpark staff;
1.5. The ABpark premises are accessible to visitors only during the designated operating hours;
1.6. Visitors may park their vehicles in the ABpark parking lot free of charge;
1.7. Children under the age of 14, inclusive, may enter the park only when accompanied by a parent or guardian;
1.8. ABpark is a public event venue, and photography and filming may take place within its premises, with such photos being used for publicity purposes;
1.9. Waste must only be disposed of in the designated trash bins;
1.10. Lost items found within the ABpark premises are kept for one month, after which they are donated to charity.
2. TICKETS
2.1. Entry to the park is permitted upon the purchase of an ABpark ticket or by presenting a valid ABpark e-ticket and receiving a visitor identification wristband;
2.2. ABpark assumes no responsibility for lost tickets and/or wristbands. Tickets will not be reissued, nor will duplicates or copies be provided;
2.3. Payments for purchased tickets, invitations, and gift cards are non-refundable. Failure to use a ticket, a visitor’s no-show, or unfavorable weather conditions do not constitute grounds for a refund;
2.4. When using a discounted ticket offer, the recipient of the discount must present to the ABpark cashier the required documents proving eligibility for the respective discount;
2.5. The wristband serves as a visitor identification tool and shall not be considered as an entry ticket;
2.6. The wristband must be affixed to the wrist before entering the ABpark premises and presented upon request by on-site personnel or security staff;
2.7. The holder of a season pass is obliged, upon request by a cashier, to present a valid personal identification document confirming their identity;
2.8. If it is determined that a season pass has been transferred to a third party and is being used for fraudulent purposes, including attempts to gain entry to the park, the pass shall be cancelled without the possibility of a refund for the cancelled pass;
2.9. Group tickets are valid only for groups of at least 15 persons that have been registered at least one day in advance;
2.10. For security reasons, ABpark reserves the right to refuse the acceptance of €200 and €500 banknotes;
2.11. All information required for the purchase of an e-ticket will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and the personal data processing principles of SIA Biļešu Serviss;
2.12. ABpark does not have access to, nor does it store, your personal data or payment card details used in the e-ticket purchase transaction.
3. RESTRICTIONS
The following activities are strictly prohibited within the territory of ABpark:
3.1. Smoking, except in designated smoking areas;
3.2. Entering the park with animals;
3.3. Riding scooters, roller skates, bicycles and/or other mechanical devices;
3.4. Bringing alcoholic beverages purchased outside of ABpark premises;
3.5. Bringing glass items, cold weapons and/or firearms, narcotic substances, including syringes, or other sharp objects that may endanger the safety of others;
3.6. Bringing large-sized items without prior approval from ABpark administration;
3.7. Disturbing other visitors;
3.8. Unjustifiably interfering with ABpark employees during the performance of their duties or distracting them from their responsibilities;
3.9. Making open fires or using devices with an open or covered flame;
3.10. Damaging or relocating ABpark property or equipment within or outside of the ABpark territory in any manner;
3.11. Being present within ABpark premises while under the influence of intoxicating substances;
3.12. Swimming in the bodies of water located within the ABpark premises;
3.13. Filming or photographing ABpark employees.
ABpark employees have the right to:
3.14. Refuse to sell a ticket to an individual who violates ABpark rules or is caught attempting fraud;
3.15. Refuse to sell a ticket to a person who appears to be visibly intoxicated and/or is disturbing public order;
3.16. Refuse to sell a ticket to a person who disregards personal hygiene or general epidemiological safety rules;
3.17. Inspect suspicious items and prohibit their entry into the ABpark territory;
3.18. Refuse service to a customer who is under the influence of intoxicating substances. In this case, money paid for reserved and pre-paid services will not be refunded;
3.19. Direct and reprimand a customer(s) regarding their behavior and/or actions that are in violation of the existing ABpark rules, or if the customer otherwise disrupts other visitors. The customer must comply with the instructions of ABpark employees;
3.20. In cases of non-compliance with the rules, damage to equipment, disturbing public order or other visitors, being visibly intoxicated, or other obvious violations, remove the offender from ABpark premises or report them for administrative liability in accordance with Latvian regulations. In such cases, money paid for reserved and pre-paid services will not be refunded.
4. USE OF ATTRACTIONS AND SAFETY
4.1. The use of attractions located within the ABpark premises, in accordance with safety regulations, is included in the entrance ticket price;
4.2. Visitors must adhere to the queue order in ABpark’s attraction zones;
4.3. In case of unfavorable weather conditions, some of the attractions in ABpark may be unavailable, based on safety considerations;

4.5. ABpark is not liable for injuries or accidents resulting from failure to follow attraction usage instructions or staff instructions;

4.7. In emergency situations, including when medical assistance is required, it is necessary to:

Visitors are encouraged to follow general behavioral and courtesy standards, demonstrating respect for others, nature, and the environment.
